- The General Affairs Council will prepare the Spring European Council meeting scheduled for 25 and 26 March. Moreover, ministers are expected to discuss the issue of climate change. A press conference will take place at the end of the proceedings. The meeting will be hels under the Presidency of Mr. Miguel Ángel Moratinos, the Spanish Minister of Foreign Relations and Cooperation.
